Terms of Use

CollectXI identifies football trading cards from your camera and shows current prices from online marketplaces, and lets you keep a collection on your device.

• Prices are based on current listingson eBay (asking prices), labelled "Listed now", unless the app says otherwise. They are not what a card has sold for and not an offer to buy or sell.
• Card identification is automatic and can be wrong. The app tells you when a price is only a rough guide (for example when only the player could be identified).
• Prices change and depend on condition, grading, version and market. Don't rely on the app for buying, selling, insurance or tax decisions. Nothing in the app is financial or investment advice.

• Some features require CollectXI Pro, an auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. The price and period are shown before you buy.
• New subscribers may get a free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price until you cancel. You can cancel or manage it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Payment, refunds and purchase history are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• If we change the price, you'll be told in advance by Apple or Google, as their rules require.

Your collection and photos are stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own backups; if you delete the app or its data, we can't restore it.

Use the app for your own, lawful, non-commercial use. Don't try to disrupt or overload our service, get around usage limits, copy or resell price data from the app, or reverse-engineer the app except as the law allows.

CollectXI is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Topps, Panini, Fanatics, eBay, or any club, league or player. Product, club and player names are used only to describe cards. Trademarks belong to their owners. Listing photos and data come from eBay and its sellers.

The app, its design and its code belong to Appivate. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms.

We work to keep the app and price lookups available, but can't promise they always work. Prices depend on marketplaces we don't control. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering a paid feature you have paid for, you'll be handled according to Apple's or Google's refund rules and consumer law.

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses resulting from prices or identifications in the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law, including the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Norwegian Act on Right of Withdrawal (angrerettloven) where they apply.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for your subscription, we'll tell you in the app before it applies.

Norwegian law applies. Disputes go to the Norwegian courts, with Bergen District Court (Bergen tingrett) as the agreed venue, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use another court. Consumers can also contact Forbrukertilsynet or the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet).
